In 2001, CODA partnered with one of the UK’s largest independent production companies, RDF, to produce prime-time British reality series Eden. Responsible for producing 48 episodes in just 100 days, CODA delivered to UK network Channel Four via satellite for broadcast four nights a week.

CODA provided all the logistics and Australian production services for the ambitious shoot, including mobilising a 70-strong production crew, location search, equipment hire, post-production and satellite TX back to the UK.

Billed as ‘the reality show you could watch one week and be in the next’, its young British contestants had to survive in a remote area of the Australian bush and avoid eviction by viewer vote.

CODA’s involvement in the epic series earned the company’s two directors a cover shot and two-page spread in the April 2002 edition of Australian industry magazine Encore.
